This contract is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "user", "affiliate", "creator", "his", "her", "their", "you" or "your") and Arkmon B.V. (hereinafter referred to as "Arkmon", "we", "us", "it" or "our").
Introduction
At Arkmon one of our core values is the privacy of our visitors. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch Telecommunications Act (Telecommunicatiewet)). We collect information about you for one primary goal: to provide you with the best possible service.
This privacy policy pertains to your access to and use of the services, including the website located at https://www.arkmon.com (the "Site") and any other media form, (social) media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Services").

What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when access our Services, when you register with us or place an order (subscription) for our services. We may also receive information about you from other sources, including but not limited to our primary payment processor Stripe. We will not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain information to us when you register with us and at later stages in order for us to be able to provide you our services. This may include:

- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
- IP address
- Payment information, e.g. Credit Card
- Access information to linked exchange accounts, e.g. exchange access keys
- Financial information about any linked accounts and any activity on those accounts
- Access logs and usage data on our Services platforms
- Contents of messages from the Arkmon Chat or Support Chat
- Other information you provide to us
- Other meta data collected as part of using our services subsystems
- Changes to any of the above over time
When you visit our Services, we may also collect the following information:
- Technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform;

Arkmon reserves the right to share data and other information (including, but not limited to, personally identifying information) with appropriate government agencies when it sees fit, either upon request or proactively if it detects unusual behavior in a user's account. This is intended to protect the security, integrity and regulatory compliance of Arkmon's services, as well as the rights and safety of its users.
In connection with our commitment to transparency and customer feedback, we share certain personal data, specifically your name and email address, with third party services, including but not limited to, Trustpilot, a third-party review platform, and Intercom, a help and customer support service. This is done to facilitate the review and feedback process, ensuring that feedback originates from our genuine customers. We deem these integrations vital in maintaining the authenticity of customer feedback and improving our services based on your experiences and feedback.
The Arkmon Services make use of technologies like cookies, web beacons, and other similar technologies. This may include cookies and similar technologies from third parties as well. Please note that Arkmon has no control about the correct or expected use of these technologies by third parties.
How do we store your data?
Where possible, Arkmon stores your data in a pseudonymised form. This allows different subsets of information to be stored in separate databases without directly including the user's personal information. This minimises the chance that unauthorized personnel can identify and access the data of a specific targeted individual.
Arkmon tries to minimise the amount of personal information stored on premises. Where possible, data is stored where it is required to be used, which could be Arkmon's premises or those by supplies or third party service providers.
Third Party Privacy Policies
Arkmon's Services may contain links to other websites. Please note that we have no control of websites outside the Services controlled by Arkmon. If you provide information to a website to which we link, we are not responsible for its protection and privacy. Always be wary when submitting data to websites.
Arkmon's Privacy Policy does not apply to other websites or third party service providers. We advise you to check the privacy policies of these websites before providing any personal information or using any of the services on them. Arkmon is constantly evolving and may change the suppliers and third party services being used as part of Arkmon's services at any time without notice.
Access and Deletion of data
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights, which this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service have been designed to uphold:

- The right of access to the personal information we hold about you.
- The right to rectification if any personal information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete.
- The right to be forgotten, i.e. the right to ask us to delete any personal information we hold about you.

- The right to data portability (obtaining a copy of your personal information to re-use with another service).

We try our best to comply within 1 month to your request, however, depending on the amount of data associated with your account this may take longer. If you requested a physical copy of the data, there may be a fee for the postage and handling. Arkmon reserves the right to remove any proprietary information that may be stored in conjunction with your data to prevent misuse, this includes but is not limited to Arkmon's proprietary historical pricing data.
Arkmon may refuse to comply with your request if it is deemed to be unreasonable or unfeasible. In such cases, Arkmon will provide you with a reason for the refusal.
If a request to be forgotten, or to restrict or to object to the processing of your personal information leads to us being unable to provide the Services to you, we will inform you of this at the time and may initiate steps for termination of your account.
In some cases Arkmon reserves the right to anonymise your data and retain it for statistical, research or marketing purposes, even after the termination of your account.
Furthermore if a user was terminated or suspended by Arkmon for the violation of the Terms, the Privacy policy or any other policy of Arkmon, including our general rules of conduct, Arkmon reserves the right to store personally identifiable information of the user indefinitely, including but not limited to the users IP address, access logs, email address, name, phone number, and other information provided by the user, for the purpose of preventing the user from creating a new account or otherwise circumventing the termination or suspension.
Children's Information
Arkmon does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian believes that Arkmon has in its database the personally-identifiable information of a child under the age of 13, please contact us immediately (contact@arkmon.com via email) and we will use our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
Changes to our privacy policy
Arkmon keeps its privacy policy under regular review and places any updates on this web page. Arkmon may inform the user at its discretion of changes to the privacy policy via email.
